These need to be stored in the refrigerator. Kids can take 2 per day or more if they are sick or feeling something coming on. I still recommend the syrup for sickness.
Please consume within 3 weeks.
*NOTE* the texture of these chews is more of a firm jello rather than a gummy. They will not stick in your child's teeth and melt easier in the mouth for the younger ones.
